The CNIC Route

Your Path to Rediscovering Who You Truly Are

Introduction

The CNIC Route is a 12-path framework designed to guide you through rediscovering your true self—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Each path builds on the last, helping you reflect, heal, and step into a new rhythm of life.

CNIC stands for “scenic,” my name, and:

  • Clarity – See yourself honestly.

  • Nurture – Care for your whole self.

  • Integrate – Live in alignment.

  • Connect – Share your gifts with others.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about uncovering the real you—the woman God created you to be, the one who’s been there all along.

Wheel of Rediscovery

The 12 Paths

Part I: Clarity

Rediscovery begins with seeing yourself as you truly are: past, present, and with compassion.

1. Exploring Your Origin Story

Reflect on your roots, your first shaping experiences, and how they formed your rhythms, both healthy and unhealthy. Naming your story brings clarity and freedom.

2. Getting to Know Yourself Today

Take an honest look at your current rhythms—your strengths, struggles, and desires. Awareness is the first step toward rediscovery.

3. Accepting & Loving Yourself

Move from self-criticism to self-compassion. Learn to embrace who you are today while opening space for who you are becoming.

Part II — Nurture

Rediscovery deepens as you create healthier rhythms and align your daily life with your values.

4. Taking Action

Small steps matter. Begin acting on what you’ve discovered, building momentum with intentional choices.

5. Creating Healthy Rhythms

Establish new daily practices and boundaries that support your mind, body, and spirit. Rhythm leads to balance.

6. Aligning Your Life

Bring your values, habits, and relationships into alignment with your True Self. Living in alignment fosters integrity and peace.

Part III — Integration

True rediscovery means going deeper, facing what’s been hidden, and building tools to sustain your growth.

7. Going Deeper: The Deep Dive

Explore beneath the surface of your story, uncovering truths that can set you free. Depth brings insight.

8. Facing Your Fears & Stigma

Confront the fears, labels, and stigmas that have held you back. Courage begins where fear loses its grip.

9. Living with Maintenance & Tactics

Build practical tools, strategies, and maintenance rhythms that keep you steady on the path of rediscovery.

Part IV — Connection

Rediscovery reaches its fullness in freedom, community, and contribution.

10. Freedom (from stigma, labels & worldliness)

Step into freedom from what once defined you. Let go of false labels and live into your God-given identity.

11. Finding Your People & Building Support Circles

Surround yourself with the people who lift you up. Rediscovery thrives in safe, supportive community.

12. Community & Contribution

Rediscovery isn’t just for you—it’s for the world. Share your story, contribute your gifts, and flourish forward.

A Closer Look: The 12 Paths

Part I: Clarity

1. Exploring Your Origin Story

Your story begins with your roots. In this Path, you’ll pause to reflect on the experiences, people, and patterns that shaped you in childhood and beyond. Some memories bring warmth, others carry pain—but all hold clues to who you are today. By naming your origin story honestly, you break free from denial and open the door to compassion, forgiveness, and truth.

2. Getting to Know Yourself Today

Before moving forward, it’s vital to see where you are right now. This Path invites you to examine your current rhythms—your habits, strengths, struggles, and desires. It’s not about judgment but about awareness. When you look clearly at your present self, you’ll uncover both the gaps and the gifts that will guide your rediscovery journey.

3. Accepting & Loving Yourself

Real transformation begins with acceptance. In this Path, you’ll learn to drop self-criticism and comparison so you can honor who you are right now. Through grace and self-compassion, you’ll start to love yourself the way God already does. This isn’t settling—it’s creating the soil where growth, healing, and confidence can truly take root.

Part II: Nurture

4. Taking Action

Rediscovery requires more than reflection—it calls for movement. In this Path, you’ll take small, intentional steps toward healing and clarity. These don’t need to be dramatic; even the smallest actions, done consistently, create new momentum. Every step forward is proof that change is possible.

5. Creating Healthy Rhythms

Wholeness grows in rhythm. This Path helps you identify the daily practices that nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Whether through rest, boundaries, exercise, prayer, or creative time, you’ll discover the rhythms that sustain—not drain—you. Healthy rhythms keep you grounded, balanced, and at peace.

6. Aligning Your Life

Living out of balance creates frustration and disconnection. In this Path, you’ll begin to align your choices, relationships, and priorities with your values and True Self. Alignment isn’t about perfection; it’s about integrity—living in a way that feels true, whole, and faithful to who you were created to be.

Part III: Integration

7. Going Deeper: The Deep Dive

Rediscovery requires courage to look beneath the surface. In this Path, you’ll take a deeper dive into the hidden beliefs, wounds, or patterns that have shaped your life. This is where breakthroughs happen—when you’re willing to explore the deeper waters with honesty and openness. What you find may feel heavy, but bringing it into the light sets you free.

8. Facing Your Fears & Stigma

Fear and shame often keep us stuck in silence. In this Path, you’ll confront the fears, labels, and stigmas that have kept you small. With courage and faith, you’ll begin to name them, face them, and release their hold. When fear loosens its grip, your True Self has space to breathe again.

9. Living with Maintenance & Tactics

Change that lasts requires both intention and tools. This Path equips you with practical tactics—like journaling, accountability, affirmations, and boundaries—that help you maintain the progress you’ve made. With the right tools, rediscovery becomes sustainable, not fleeting.

Part IV: Connection

10. Freedom (from stigma, labels & worldliness)

True freedom is found when you stop letting the world define you. In this Path, you’ll release the labels, stigmas, and expectations that once weighed you down. Freedom isn’t just about what you leave behind—it’s about stepping boldly into the God-given identity that’s always been yours.

11. Finding Your People & Building Support Circles

Rediscovery thrives in connection. In this Path, you’ll learn how to build support circles filled with safe, honest, and uplifting people. Whether in faith communities, recovery groups, or chosen family, these circles give you strength, courage, and accountability to keep walking your path.

12. Community & Contribution

Rediscovery is not the end—it’s the beginning of flourishing forward. In this Path, you’ll discover how to share your story, use your gifts, and contribute to the lives of others. When you live from your True Self, you naturally give life, hope, and healing to the world around you.
